Now first Dragon Ball is a very funny and cute anime. It is not as bad as its cousins DBZ or DBGT. Now it has lots of gross humor because since Goku is little he doesn't know much and is naked a lot. (I am talking unedited non cartoon network version). This also has other characters introduced before Z including (chronological order here) Bulma, Oolong, Yamcha, Puar, Master Roshi, Krillen, Dr.Gero, numerous Androids. Now the series turns bitter right around the time where Goku and the team learn how to fly which is right around the time Piccolo and other Nameks are introduced.

Overall I give DB a 8/10.

 

DBZ-Now, the sequal series to its cousin DB it has gotten bitter and very bitter. The plot of DB has become thin, thinner than an eyelash! The 6 sagas are pretty much the same thing (of course so are all the other fighting animes) and the characters become godly in power. Like the super Saiyan. Even though the Japanese version is better than the English, that still does not say much, it is interesting but an insult to animes. And it still has the gross humor plus actual sex scenes.(again non edited).

Overall I give this a 6/10

 

DBGT-This is just horrible, one it is not made by the brillient man Akira Toryama, two Goku is a kid again and he is back to a kid but not kid power level which is messed up. Three it is boring and more repetetive than its cousins DB and DBZ! And this bairly has any sexual content.

Overall I give this a 5/10.

Average grade I give to the DB series....a 6/10.

 

Advantages:

+Cool plot

+Funny characters

+Gotta love the hot anime girls.

 

Disadvantages:

-Thin plot when getting to DBZ and DBGT

-Boring and repetetive

-Same thing over and over (see how repetition is?)
