Star Fox Adventures for Nintendo Gamecube: Only Mike Reveiw
Let me say of all the Star Fox games, this is the only one I like, because you are not just in a ship level after level. You are running around, talking to dinosaurs, beating up sharpclaws etc. This game starts off with a fox named Krystal that has a magical staff. She doesn't even speak english. She is attacked by an evil dinosaur named General Scales. After the little cgm, you get to play and you get to explore, you have to find the spirit. When you do, this pretty blue fox is forced into the air and glowing. Then you release the spirit and Krystal is frozen into a crystal. Then Fox comes in and you have to find a weapon because Sgt Pepper says no blasting for you. After that well the rest is history. Now this game has great graphics for the Gamecube, loading time is almost instant and controls are just like any 3-d zelda game. A button does the actions, and uses weapon, B button cancels. What I don't like is that you can't jump freely, infact you don't jump much at all! Also it takes time to shoot the fire spell from your staff and the flying enemies hit you at least once before you do even shoot them. But the 3-D world is great, this game is a most definate to put on a birthday or christmas list I give it a 9/10.
Advantages:
+Great Graphics
+Great CGMs
+Gotta love that dinosaur language
Disadvantages
-Can't Jump
-Bad Projectile Weapons
-A lot like Zelda for controls
